High-Power 60V SPI Stepper Driver for 3D Printers Silent Step Stick Motor Controller

HV5160 is designed for high-voltage drive applications and operates within a voltage range of 8–60 V (e.g., 48 V). It features a 100 V X7R 0805 ceramic capacitor, based on the TMC5160. The board uses a 6-layer TG155 PCB measuring 1000 × 600 mil (25.4 × 15.24 mm), rated for 8–60 V input and 3.0 A RMS (4.2 A peak) current. It includes four DMT6018 MOSFETs (17 mΩ), supports Step/Dir interface and SPI mode (default), and is pin-compatible with StepStick. It provides an encoder interface and DIAG output for sensorless homing. Includes a blue aluminum heat sink.
