Iron-Frame Rubber Training Wheels

Precision-engineered for 12–20 inch children’s bicycles, this set features a rigid iron frame paired with 12 cm solid rubber tyres. Total weight: approx. 1.2 kg. Includes two M8 × 40 mm extension bolts and two mounting screws — enabling secure fitment on bikes with axle lengths as short as 12 mm protrusion. Dimensions: bracket width 14 cm; wheelbase extension 22 cm total (11 cm per side). Height adjustment is achieved by loosening the locking nut and repositioning the bracket along the threaded extension — allowing micro-adjustments every 2–3 mm. Rubber compound is formulated for UK climate resilience: remains flexible between 0–30°C and resists ozone-induced cracking. Frame joints are welded, not riveted, ensuring long-term integrity under repeated impact loading. Suitable for sustained daily use in driveways, school playgrounds, and park paths — tested across >500 hours of real-world operation with zero frame deformation or tyre delamination observed.
