KADAX Stoneware Cabbage Pickling Barrel 3.2L

Handcrafted – the Helios barrel with a collar is characterized by an effective, captivating design. The ceramic surface of the vessel is covered with glaze, which gives it a gloss and a warm, brown color. Extremely airtight – the barrel with the lid is completely airtight. The key role is played by the collar of the vessel, which, when flooded with water, causes oxygen to be pushed out by carbon dioxide. Safe – ceramics dedicated to contact with food were used for the production of the barrel, which ensures the safety of the prepared silage and its richness of nutrients. Capacity – the barrel is available in six formats: 3.2, 5, 8, 12, 16 and 25 liters, which allows you to adjust it to individual needs and available space. Resistant – ceramic surface of the vessel ensures its durability. The Helios barrel can be used in the microwave, oven and dishwasher. Handmade pickles are a source of vitamins, and the Helios barrel with a collar will make the process of preparing them easier. Thanks to ceramics, the pickling process will be natural, without the need for preservatives. The collar and lid of the Helios barrel ensure maximum tightness. When you pour water over the collar and put the lid on, the carbon dioxide will push the oxygen out, creating an oxygen-free atmosphere. Pressure stones can put extra strain on the lid. Thanks to the wide selection of capacities (25, 16, 12, 8, 5, 3.2 l), the Helios keg will be easy to keep clean. It can be washed in the dishwasher and also heated in the oven or microwave.
