Lab-Scale Graphite Ingot Mold 100x50mm

A purpose-built graphite ingot casting tool designed for laboratory and pilot-scale metal processing. Constructed from high-purity graphite, it features an outer diameter of approx. 100 mm and height of approx. 50 mm, with an internal cavity measuring approx. 80 mm in diameter and 40 mm in depth. This geometry supports controlled cooling and easy handling of finished ingots weighing typically between 200–500 g (depending on metal density), without requiring mechanical ejection aids. Suitable for melting and casting non-ferrous metals including aluminium, zinc, lead, tin, copper, silver and gold, it functions effectively in resistance-heated, induction and gas-fired furnaces. Its thermal properties support both slow-cool annealing and fast-quench setups, depending on desired microstructure outcomes. No weight, surface treatment, calibration certificate or accessory information is included in the source specification.
