LCD Thermostat Controller 12V

Housing size: 79 x 43 x 26mm; requires 74 x 39mm rectangular cutout for front-panel installation. Powered exclusively by 12V DC, driving a robust 20A relay suitable for fan, heater, or valve control. Accurately monitors temperatures from -55°C to 120°C with 0.1°C step resolution. LCD display uses switchable red/blue backlighting for adaptability in dark garages or sunlit greenhouses. All user-defined parameters — working mode, temperature bounds, alarm setpoint, and calibration offset — persist through power interruptions thanks to embedded non-volatile memory. Includes one NTC-type temperature sensor for flexible deployment. Offers intuitive mode selection between cooling and heating control. Maintains tight temperature stability by turning connected equipment on/off based on real-time readings relative to the setpoint. Dual safety limits operate separately — for example, disabling a heating element above 90°C *and* stopping a compressor below 10°C — adding redundancy against thermal extremes. The high-temperature alarm activates precisely at the programmed value, not after a delay or average. Calibration menu permits numeric correction of sensor drift, preserving accuracy over extended service life. Widely applied in edge computing nodes, EV charging stations, fermentation vessels, greenhouse vents, and custom-built incubators — especially where compact footprint, DC power compatibility, and configurable safety logic are prioritised over smart connectivity.
