Leakproof Gourd Flask 500ml Natural

Functional gourd flask made from mature Lagenaria siceraria fruit, air-dried over 6–8 weeks, then hand-sanded and internally coated with filtered beeswax. Stopper: black EPDM rubber with silicone O-ring for consistent compression seal. Capacity verified at 500ml ±3% using ISO-standard graduated cylinder. Rope: 100% cotton, triple-braided, knotted at base for load distribution. Tassel: hand-tied wool blend, non-shedding. Intended use: chilled still beverages only. Not recommended for citrus, dairy or alcohol above 15% ABV due to natural material porosity limits. Ideal for commuting, hiking, festivals or desk use — complements linen, wool and timber aesthetics in personal style. Each unit includes care instructions printed on recycled kraft card. Unlike mass-produced metal flasks, this piece carries inherent variability — slight curvature differences, grain emphasis or wax sheen — reinforcing its identity as a slow-made object rather than industrial product.
