Lightweight Cold Smoke Infuser

Weight: Approx. 311 g (11 oz); Materials: Aluminium alloy body with zinc alloy components; Power source: Two AA batteries (not supplied). Designed exclusively for cold smoke application, this handheld device accepts a broad spectrum of natural smoking media — including hardwood sawdust, loose-leaf tea, dried botanicals, crushed spices, dried grasses, and pressed flowers — allowing precise aroma layering onto food and drink. Its modular construction allows full separation without tools, and cleaning is straightforward using a damp cloth or gentle rinse (dishwasher use is not advised). Compact size and low weight make it highly suitable for mobile culinary use — whether at garden barbecues, beachside picnics, or modernist cocktail labs.
