M6 A2 Stainless Corrugated Lock Washers

Set of 50 M6 DIN 137 Form B corrugated washers in authentic A2 stainless steel (1.4301). Dimensions: ~12.5 mm OD, ~6.4 mm ID, ~1.2 mm thick. Fully passivated and tested for salt-spray resistance (>96h neutral salt fog per ISO 9227), making them suitable for coastal, urban pollution-heavy or high-humidity UK locations. The controlled deformation of the corrugated ring creates a radial spring force that converts into axial tension retention — resisting rotational loosening far more effectively than flat washers alone. This mechanism remains effective across thousands of vibration cycles without permanent set or fatigue failure. Used extensively in UK-certified timber frame construction, playground equipment, street furniture, solar PV racking and agricultural trailers — where regulatory compliance, third-party inspection readiness and lifecycle cost efficiency are key decision criteria.
