M6 Foil Track T-Nuts Brass Mounting Kit

Purpose-built mounting kit for hydrofoil enthusiasts: 4 brass M6 T-nuts and 4 corresponding screws engineered for durability and repeatability on water. All parts conform to ISO 262 standard M6 x 1.0 mm thread form, with tight pitch and crest control to prevent cross-threading during frequent assembly/disassembly. T-nut body width and height are dimensioned to engage ≥80% of standard track groove depth, maximising shear resistance. Brass composition offers superior galling resistance versus stainless steel when tightened repeatedly—a known pain point for foil riders adjusting stance or swapping wings. Colour variation between gold and silver tones arises from natural brass oxidation gradients, not inconsistent finishing. Note: Tolerance statement (±1–3 cm) applies only to non-critical external measurements—not functional dimensions like thread minor/major diameters or T-flange thickness.
