Mega B 50 is a complex that helps maintain overall good health by providing nutrients that aid in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins. B vitamins are water soluble and are not stored in the body, therefore they need to be replenished daily. However, B vitamins are easily destroyed or lost during food storage, washing, preparation, and cooking. In addition, many of these vitamins are eliminated during the refining process of cereals and derivatives thereof. Although some of these essential nutrients are replaced during the fortification process, many highly processed foods do not contain adequate amounts of the B vitamins. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day. Keep out of reach of younger children. Do not use as a substitute for a balanced diet. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Keep in a cool and dry place.
