What you need: drill, screwdriver, tape measure, hammer, pencil. 2. If the bottom rail is not fitted with pins, drill a approx. 1/2 inch deep 7/64 inch or 3/32 inch bit in the center to hold pins on both sides of the rail. 3. Punch the pins in. 4.
