Mini560 PRO 12V Synchronous Buck Module

The Mini560 PRO is a synchronous, non-isolated DC-DC step-down module producing a regulated 12V output. Its PCB substrate supports robust thermal transfer and mechanical rigidity. Stamp-hole design enables fast, alignment-accurate mounting on host boards. Input voltage range is 5.5V–20V, with strict adherence to ≤2V difference from output voltage required for stable regulation. Output current capacity is rated below 5A; continuous operation above 4A necessitates added heatsinking, and above 3A for extended periods also benefits from thermal assistance. Switching occurs at 500 kHz. Peak efficiency reaches 99% under optimal voltage and load conditions. Operational temperature span is -40°C to +85°C. As a synchronous buck, it replaces the traditional catch diode with a second MOSFET — lowering forward voltage drop and boosting efficiency. Physical appearance (e.g., silkscreen style, PCB colour) may vary slightly by batch, with no effect on performance or safety.
