Multi-Board Horizontal Wall Mounts

Precision-engineered horizontal mounting clips made from cold-rolled steel for consistent strength and dimensional stability. Each unit features uniform rubber thickness (1.2 mm minimum) applied via dip-coating for full coverage of contact edges and pressure points. Designed for direct wall attachment using two M4 or #8 screws (hardware not supplied); recommended spacing is 30–40 cm between clips for optimal board support. Compatible with all standard board base materials — sintered, extruded, P-Tex, and composite laminates — without adhesive residue or chemical interaction. Tested for static load up to 8 kg per clip under vertical shear, exceeding typical snowboard weight (3–5 kg) with safety margin. Suitable for permanent or semi-permanent installation in residential and light-commercial settings.
