Multi Compartment Stainless Steamer Tray

A large-capacity, sectioned steaming basket made entirely from food-grade stainless steel, engineered to sit securely inside standard UK-sized pots (up to 26 cm diameter). Dimensions: 24 cm diameter × 5.5 cm height; weight: 380 g. Features three equal-volume compartments with 4 mm-diameter steam holes arranged in concentric rings, plus reinforced rim edges for long-term warp resistance. Two seamless welded handles provide full-hand contact surface and thermal mass separation from the hot tray body. Each compartment supports independent ingredient placement — whether broccoli and carrots on one side, salmon fillets in the centre, and rice cakes on the other — all cooked simultaneously at identical doneness levels. Steam enters each section from below and circulates laterally through inter-compartment vents, eliminating cold spots common in single-chamber steamers. Use it for weekday family dinners, weekend dim sum sessions, or Sunday meal prep: steam 3–4 portions of different foods in under 12 minutes, then portion into containers for chilled or reheated lunches — no reheating odours or texture loss thanks to gentle, moisture-retaining steam.
