Soak the casing in water for a few seconds up to 3 minutes before use. Package includes: 1 x Tubular sheep sausage casing Note: The dry sausage casing is edible after cooking. It softens after cooling and drying. The casing will not have a noticeable taste. Some users have reported breakage during filling, which may result from improper technique or overfilling too quickly. When filling manually, divide into smaller sections. Use toothpicks to release small air bubbles after filling. Note: 1. Conversion: 1cm = 10mm = 0.39inch 2. Please allow 0-1cm measurement deviation due to manual measuring.
