Vitamins C, niacin, B6, riboflavin, and thiamin contribute to the normal function of the nervous system. Folate, biotin, and vitamin B12 contribute to normal psychological function. Regarding minerals, magnesium and copper contribute to the normal function of the nervous system; zinc, iron, and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Chromium contributes to maintaining normal blood glucose levels. It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.
