500-piece mechanical-grade nylon washer kit comprising eight standard metric sizes: M2, M2.5, M3, M4, M5, M6, M8 and M10. Washers are manufactured to general-purpose engineering tolerances (±0.1 mm on OD/ID, ±0.05 mm on thickness), using unfilled, homopolymer nylon with proven creep resistance and minimal cold flow under sustained load. Density: ~1.14 g/cm³; tensile strength: 70–80 MPa; elongation at break: ~25–30%. Outer diameters range from 4 mm (M2) to 18 mm (M10); thicknesses scale proportionally from 0.3 mm to 1.6 mm. Supplied in a robust, reusable polypropylene storage tray with anti-static coating and engraved size labels—designed for workshop benchtop use, component drawers or mobile tool kits. Primarily deployed to protect substrate surfaces, prevent embedment, and improve load distribution in non-critical fastening applications where conductivity, weight or corrosion must be managed.
