OD409W Imaging Drum Unit

This OD409W imaging drum unit is a direct replacement for Toshiba E Studio 409S printers. It measures approximately 36.5 cm in length and weighs around 1.2 kg, constructed with precision-engineered polymer and aluminium components for dimensional stability and electrostatic consistency. The drum surface features a photosensitive organic coating designed for accurate toner transfer and long-term charge retention. It restores consistent text sharpness, smooth grayscale reproduction, and clean graphic output by replacing a worn or degraded original unit. Ideal for environments where print reliability matters — such as offices producing reports, invoices, manuals or course materials — it eliminates vertical streaks, ghosting, uneven density and banding caused by drum fatigue. Installation follows standard E Studio 409S service procedures: open the front cover, remove the old unit, align the new drum using guide slots, and close securely — no tools required.
