The Organic Spaghetti of spelt by Girolomoni are a highly digestible pasta, produced using only spelt (Triticum dicoccum) carefully selected and cultivated by our partners in the hills of Umbria and Marche, with a strictly organic method. Manufactured with bright extrusion resulting in a smoother, shinier pasta, perfect for simple sauces that easily adhere to the pasta. For optimal cooking, in a pot with 5 liters of water at 100° C, add and stir the 500g of pasta and wait the 7 minutes cooking time. May contain soy and mustard. Store in a cool, dry place.
