Oven-Safe Foldable Proofing Basket

Diameter 25.8 cm, height 9.1 cm (circular version), crafted from food-grade silicone reinforced with corrosion-resistant steel wire. Rated for continuous use between -40°C and 230°C. Weight approx. 220 g — light enough for daily handling, robust enough for multi-loaf rotation. Surface finish is naturally non-stick due to silicone’s molecular structure, requiring no seasoning or oiling. Retains elasticity across seasonal temperature shifts — performs identically in winter heating and summer ambient conditions. Compatible with induction-compatible bakeware workflows when placed on steel trays. Intended for serious home bakers seeking consistency: supports precise timing control by eliminating variables introduced by inconsistent proofing vessels — such as uneven airflow in wicker or moisture absorption in wood — leading to predictable rise behaviour and improved scoring definition.
