The tip of this automatic center punch is made of hardened high-speed steel for high strength and durability. The hardness of the tips reaches HRC58~62. The hardened steel tool tip is replaceable. No hammer needed, with this automatic center tool, you can create a dimple in a workpiece quickly and easily. An adjustable cap allows you to regulate the striking force. Suitable for punching on steel plate, aluminum, copper, wood board, plastic and other materials for hole positioning. Generally used to mark the center of a point, the small dimple guides the drill tip and prevents slippage or deviation that leads to damage. The premium brass body has a deeply knurled non-slip surface for easy handling and control.
