Pipe Centring Finder for Setting Center Lines, Angles and Butt Joints

Accurate Pipe Centre Finding This pipe centring finder is designed to help you accurately locate the centre of a pipe or cylindrical object. It uses a combination of visual cues and measurements to determine the exact centre point, making it a practical tool for precise marking. Built for a Range of Tasks The tool is suitable for tasks such as drilling, welding, or installing fixtures on the pipe. It can also be used for setting centre lines, determining angles and markings for butt joints, locating points in pipes or tanks, aligning wedge grooves, and calculating slopes. This makes it a versatile aid for pipe lockers and welders, helping to make positioning work more efficient. Simple Step-by-Step Operation Using the finder is straightforward. First, adjust the hex nut using the included screwdriver. Place the tool on the pipe and move it to the desired position. Press the centre column down to the fixed point, then tap it with a hammer to leave a mark on the pipe. Key Specifications and Build The finder measures pipes with a diameter of 1-1/2 to 6 inches. It is made from highly flexible, heat-resistant materials combined with high-quality metal raw materials, designed to withstand the rigours of use and provide lasting performance. The package includes the screwdriver needed for adjusting the hex nut.
