Suitable for all meats, it provides accurate meat temperature monitoring for your Pit Boss grill. [High Quality]The temperature probe is made from food grade stainless steel and is safe to use as a BBQ accessory. The stainless steel cable can withstand temperatures up to 718F (380C) and the temperature probe can withstand temperatures up to 1000F (500C) [Specifications]4.1 ft. stainless steel cable. 7 in probe length, 6 in probe tip to R angle, 0.2 in probe diameter, 0.4 in probe tip. The plug is 0.14in diameter and 0.55 in length. The probe is curved (R 25).
