PM2.5 Dust Sensor Module Analog Output

This compact dust sensor module is designed for precise PM2.5 particulate matter measurement of particles above 0.8 µm diameter. Dimensions are defined by four 2.0 mm mounting holes and a central 9.0 mm vent hole; the unit is built on a black PCB substrate. It operates across a wide voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V, enabled by an integrated boost circuit, and draws no more than 20 mA per sampling cycle — making it suitable for battery-powered or low-power embedded applications. The analog output delivers a linear voltage signal (0.5 V per 100 µg/m³) within its effective measurement range of up to 500 µg/m³, with built-in attenuation ensuring output stays safely below 1.5 V. Only one analog-to-digital acquisition pin is required for integration, simplifying hardware design and firmware implementation.
