Polypropylene Flat Washers 45mm

These flat washers measure 45 mm × 45 mm and are made from durable polypropylene plastic. Each washer is rigid, dimensionally stable, and weighs approximately 1.2 g (typical for this size and material). They are designed specifically for use with foam board insulation, rigid insulation panels, bolts, and screws. The washers provide excellent thermal insulation and abrasion resistance due to their polypropylene composition, helping reduce heat transfer through fastener points in insulated assemblies. Their broad, flat profile spreads load evenly across fragile insulation surfaces — preventing indentation, cracking, or compression damage during installation and long-term service. Ideal for DIY insulation repairs, roofing underlayment reinforcement, cladding substructure fixes, and retrofitting of external wall insulation systems (EWI) where non-metallic, low-conductivity fixings are required.
