Portable Color Coded Plastic Document Clips

Lightweight yet robust plastic document clips, offered in small (19 mm), medium (25 mm), and large (32 mm) sizes, deliver dependable paper retention for mobile professionals and students across the UK. Each clip is precision-moulded from dense, flexible plastic — small: 2.1 g, medium: 3.4 g, large: 6.8 g — with exact dimensional tolerances (±0.2 mm) ensuring interchangeability across packs. Jaw depth is optimised at 4.5 mm to secure folded A4, DL leaflets, and passport-sized documents without edge curl or slippage. Colours are distributed intentionally: red, blue, green, yellow, purple, and orange — assigned to match common UK organisational frameworks (e.g., red = deadline-driven, blue = reference, green = approved). The holder doubles as a portable carry case: its lid locks shut with a light press-fit mechanism, making it safe for backpacks or briefcases. Base dimensions (100 × 60 × 35 mm) fit standard UK desk cut-outs and shelf dividers. Field-tested in London sixth-form colleges, Manchester co-working hubs, and Edinburgh university libraries — these clips remain functional after 500+ open/close cycles, retain colour fidelity after 3 months of indoor UV exposure, and consistently outperform generic metal alternatives in humidity-prone coastal regions like Cornwall or Northern Ireland.
