Precision 7075 Aluminum 100x100

A 4 mm thick, 100 mm × 100 mm sheet of 7075 aluminum in extra-hard T6 condition. This high-strength alloy sheet is manufactured to strict dimensional control, with flatness within 0.05 mm and edge squareness maintained to ±0.2°. Its composition includes zinc, magnesium, and copper, contributing to outstanding strength retention after machining or drilling. Unlike softer alloys, 7075-T6 maintains sharp corners and clean holes without burring or tearing — even when drilled at modest RPMs using standard HSS bits. It also accepts adhesive bonding well with epoxy or acrylic-based structural glues, supporting hybrid assembly techniques. Frequently chosen by UK-based product designers, educators, and advanced hobbyists for proof-of-concept builds, competition robotics, and repair/replacement parts where OEM-grade material performance is needed at accessible scale.
