Precision Brick Clamp Set for Masonry

Two-piece brick line clamp set: individual units measure 9.5 × 4.2 × 3.8 cm, weigh 180 g each, and feature a rigid polymer frame with embedded stainless-steel spring. Includes 3 mm thick vulcanised rubber gripping pads rated for ≥10,000 placement cycles. Line slot width: 2.5 mm — fits all common UK masonry line wires (1.2–2.0 mm). Designed specifically for BS EN 771-1 compliant bricks (215 × 102.5 × 65 mm), with jaw depth calibrated to prevent overhang or instability on standard mortar joint heights (10 mm). Clamping force is pre-set and non-adjustable — delivering repeatable, predictable hold without user calibration. Rubber pad compresses to conform to minor brick surface irregularities (e.g., thermal spalling or hand-made texture), maintaining full-face contact. Low centre of gravity and flat base ensure stability on uneven or sloped brickwork. Tool functions equally well on new builds and historic substrates where minimal surface pressure is required. Validated in mixed-use developments, school refurbishments, and boundary wall projects across England and Wales. Frequently deployed alongside laser levels for hybrid verification — clamps hold reference lines while lasers confirm elevation, bridging the gap between speed and survey-grade accuracy.
