Precision Chute Alignment | Desktop Slotted Bracket & Woodworking Guide Making Tool

This aluminum alloy slotted bracket provides precise dimensional control for trimming machines with a 65mm spindle diameter. It features a calibrated adjustment mechanism that supports controlled material removal and consistent cutting results. 1. Manufactured from aluminum alloy, the unit measures 280 x 150 x 125 mm and is designed to mount on trimming machines with a 65mm diameter. 2. The adjustment dial delivers a fine adjustment range of 0 to 18 mm with 0.01 mm precision, while the bracket accommodates a slotting span of 18 to 168 mm from center to support. 3. Standard operation requires zeroing the scale, aligning reference marks with the workpiece edge, securing the bracket, and rotating the handle to set the feed depth for sequential cuts. 4. Repeated fine adjustment and uniform translation passes enable operators to match specific dimensions through controlled incremental steps. 5. The package contains one slotted bracket only, with no additional components included.
