Precision Large Arbor Fly Reel

A refined large arbor fly reel built for clarity of action and longevity in demanding UK conditions. Compatible with #4–#6 weight setups, it weighs 120g and accommodates 100m of 20lb backing with a standard WF-F line. The body and spool are precision-machined from corrosion-resistant metal alloy — delivering stiffness, thermal stability, and resistance to impact damage from rocky banks or boat decks. Integrated molding ensures seamless transitions between components and uniform material density. Accuracy machining yields perfect concentricity and a smooth, vibration-free crank — confirmed by a clean, high-frequency tone when shaken. Three stainless steel bearings (2 main + 1 anti-reverse) provide uninterrupted rotation, rapid spool response, and consistent drag modulation — even after exposure to rain, mud, or fine silt. The retrieve side is changed with one button press and a simple slide — fully reversible, tool-free, and engineered for daily use. Performs equally well in fast-flowing Derbyshire limestone streams, slow Hampshire Avon glides, and brackish Severn estuary margins.
