Maintains a low quiescent current of 11µA and a typical forward voltage drop of 20mV when active, featuring an internal voltage clamp for MOSFET protection. 3. Supports operation with 1 to 6 series lithium-ion batteries and serves applications such as solar panel parallel connections and charging backflow protection. 4.
