A professional-grade meat injection solution engineered for UK and EU home cooks and small catering operations. Constructed from seamless 304 stainless steel with mirror-polished interior surfaces to prevent marinade adhesion and bacterial retention. 2 oz (60 ml) capacity enables efficient treatment of large cuts — up to 3 kg of pork belly or 2.5 kg of whole chicken — without interruption. Includes three stainless steel needles: 5.5 cm fine (for poultry and fish), 6.5 cm medium (for beef ribs and lamb leg), and 7.5 cm wide-bore (for herb-infused oil or soy-based brines). Four BPA-free silicone sealing rings included. All parts are non-porous, odourless and taste-neutral. Supplied in a custom-moulded EVA foam case with lid lock for kitchen drawer or tool bag storage.
