Each headband cushion is crafted from durable PU material and sized to match original equipment specifications — approximately 16.5 cm wide and 7.5 cm tall, with a measured weight of ~42 g. Slight dimensional variance (±1–3 cm) is normal due to manual measurement and material flexibility. The cushion’s dense yet pliable structure supports even pressure distribution across the headband, improving long-term wearing comfort while maintaining structural integrity. Its smooth surface resists dust accumulation and wipes clean easily with a dry cloth. Installation is fully reversible and non-destructive: the pad clips securely onto the existing headband frame using integrated tension fit. No glue, heat or modification required. Compatible with QC35, QC35 II, QC25, SE7, W830BT and W860NB headphones. Colour appears black under standard lighting but may shift subtly depending on ambient light and display calibration.
