QuickLoad Deadlift Wedges 2pcs

Pair of 12.5 × 7.5 × 3.5 cm silicone wedges, total mass 181 g. Manufactured using dense, tear-resistant silicone for repeated compression cycling without permanent deformation. Surface features fine-grain texture for enhanced friction against barbell knurling and floor surfaces. Engineered to sit flush under Olympic barbell sleeves, raising the bar just enough to allow bumper plates to glide on/off without lifting or tilting — significantly reducing wrist extension and lumbar flexion during loading. Shape prevents accidental dislodgement when racking or unracking. Applicable to deadlifts, Romanian deadlifts, good mornings, and any lift requiring precise bar elevation and minimal setup friction. Frequently adopted by powerlifting clubs and rehab-focused strength programmes for its repeatability and joint-friendly handling benefits.
