Rapid Heat Stainless Wok

Measuring 37.00 cm in diameter and standing 6.00 cm tall, this stainless steel wok offers generous capacity while remaining highly manoeuvrable thanks to its integrated wooden handle. Constructed from a single grade of durable stainless steel, it avoids laminated layers or filler metals, ensuring predictable thermal behaviour and resistance to pitting or rust in UK tap water conditions. The round base maximises direct heat transfer on open flames and concentrates energy efficiently on flat hobs. Its multipurpose nature extends beyond traditional Asian cooking — supporting British staples like bubble-and-squeak, kedgeree, and roasted vegetable tosses. Post-use care is simplified by the inert surface, which withstands abrasive sponges and alkaline cleaners without dulling or scratching. Designed for longevity, it maintains structural fidelity across hundreds of heating cycles.
