① With this refractometer, you can check the quality of grapes and thus make wine! The refractometer is mainly used to check the sugar content in the original grape juice and then determine the possible alcohol content in grape wine, fermented grape juice. It cannot be used to measure the alcohol content in wine. Measuring range: Brix (mas sacch): 0-40%, alcohol: 0-25, resolution: Brix (mas sacch): 0.2%, alcohol: 0.2%<br> ② Easy to use. Put 2.3 drops of sample on the main prism, close the plate and look at the Brix value through the window; CALIBRATION: Zero calibration with water at 20°C, automatic temperature compensation between 10°C and 30°C (ATC)<br> ③ Precise measuring dividing line (blue-white), easy to read (visible in daylight), adjustable eyepiece for focus adjustment<br> ④ Calibration: zero calibration with distilled water at 20°C, automatic temperature compensation from 10°C to 30°C (ATC).<br> ⑤ : Refractometers provide information on the sugar content of grapes and grape must, berries, seed and stone fruits, as well as unfermented grape juice. When the sample is placed on the prism, the special optics of the refractometer create contrasting light and dark fields. The edge between the two fields indicates the sugar content in the sample.<br> ⑥ With the refractometer you can: - measure the Brix percentage of grapes or other fresh fruit; - determine the progress of the sample.
