Reusable PP Cotton Shower Filters

Each filter is a standalone cylindrical unit measuring roughly 8.00 x 2.40 x 2.40 cm (3.14 x 0.94 x 0.94 in), made exclusively from high-purity polypropylene cotton. Its open-cell structure allows controlled water passage while retaining particulates larger than ~50 microns — including pipe scale, silt, and corrosion debris typical in ageing UK housing stock. The material’s natural hydrophobicity resists bacterial wicking, and its elasticity enables secure seating inside standard filter housings without gaskets or adhesives. Users may rinse filters under cold tap water to remove surface debris and extend functional life before final disposal. No batteries, electronics, or consumable media beyond the PP cotton itself — just straightforward, passive filtration aligned with UK Building Regulations Part G (hot water safety) and Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999 compliance principles.
