Robust ABS+Metal Pump Kit

This water pump impeller kit integrates high-strength ABS vanes with a corrosion-inhibiting metal core, built to replicate OEM performance in Mercury outboard cooling systems. Compatible exclusively with Mercury 30 HP, 35 HP, 40 HP (2-cylinder, up to 1983), and 60 HP engines falling within precise serial number bands: 30hp Jet (C159200–G589999), 35hp (6445653 & newer), 40hp (4860103 & newer), and 60hp (6428681–D000749). Also matches Mercury part numbers 46-77177A3 and 77177A3, and Sierra 18-3324. Contains one full impeller assembly per pack. Correct impeller function ensures adequate raw-water intake volume, especially critical during low-speed manoeuvring or trolling where pump speed is reduced. The dual-material build supports consistent blade deflection and recovery, maintaining seal integrity against the pump housing even after repeated thermal cycles. Designed for use in inland waterways, estuaries, and sheltered coastal areas typical of UK boating environments. Saltwater users should rinse thoroughly post-use and inspect annually for signs of pitting or vane deformation.
