Turn the MIN knob counter-clockwise to get the expected brightness. Turn on and on, no need to wait. Electronic overheat protection, shut off at 80, automatically open below 80. It should be specified that the LED lamps required must be dimmable to avoid flickering problems with this type of dimmer.
