This broadband software-defined radio receiver supports continuous tuning from 25 MHz to 1760 MHz using the proven RTL2832U + R828D architecture. Housed in a hybrid plastic-metal enclosure, it balances lightweight portability with effective RF shielding. Power and data transfer occur over a standard USB 2.0 interface — fully functional with most USB 3.0 ports despite being rated for USB 2.0 speeds. The supplied 90 cm antenna features an MCX connector designed for repeated plugging/unplugging without performance degradation. A factory-calibrated 0.5 PPM TCXO guarantees minimal frequency drift under typical ambient conditions. Native support exists for Windows, macOS, Linux distributions, Android (with OTG), and embedded Linux environments such as those found on Raspberry Pi and Orange Pi boards.
