Rubber-Insulated Flow Switch For Spas

A purpose-built flow switch replacement for Sundance Spas, Jacuzzi hot tubs, and Sweetwater Spas (2005–2020 production, excluding 800 series), this unit prioritises longevity and field-serviceability. Its housing is made from high-impact surgical plastic, while internal brass conductors are fully encased in flexible, moisture-resistant rubber insulation — enhancing dielectric strength and mechanical fatigue resistance. Hydraulic interfaces comprise two 0.85 inch hose ports and a single 0.4 inch freeze line port, each mated with curled finger cable connectors for vibration-resistant electrical contact. A transparent viewing zone permits instant verification of water movement and particulate presence, and directional arrows are integrally moulded for foolproof mounting. It communicates operational status to the control board using native FLO-family alerts (FLO, FLO2, flashing FLO). The flow orifice is precision-moulded at 3/32 inch; some pre-February 2008 two- and three-pump units may require light drilling to complete installation.
