Rustproof Round Burger Shaping Tool

Measurements: 11.7 x 8.5 x 3 cm (4.61 x 3.35 x 1.18 inches); pressing face diameter: 11.7 cm. Crafted from solid, uncoated stainless steel — no paint, no laminate, no composite layers. Welded T-handle joins seamlessly to the base plate with full penetration welds, visible only as subtle reinforcement lines. Surface finish is satin-smooth — functional, fingerprint-resistant, and easy to wipe dry. Designed for repeatable, no-fail patty formation: applies even downward pressure across the full surface area, compressing meat fibres without shearing or tearing. Ideal for leaner blends (e.g., 5% fat beef) that typically crumble when hand-formed. Also supports delicate preparations like falafel mix or fish cakes that require gentle but firm consolidation. Beyond burgers: shapes uniform Yorkshire pudding bases, savoury pastry rounds for Scotch eggs, and even pressed fruit bars or energy bites — all using the same reliable 11.7 cm footprint and effortless one-motion press action.
