Secure Vac Lock Wall Fitting W400BLGP

This is a certified functional and dimensional replacement for the Hayward W400BLGP vac lock safety wall fitting. It duplicates the original’s locking travel distance (12.5 mm), sealing surface width (4.2 mm), and inlet thread specification (1½" BSP male). Made from reinforced polypropylene with integrated UV inhibitors and chlorine stabilisers, it remains dimensionally stable and functionally responsive across UK seasonal extremes. The fitting ensures full vacuum transmission from skimmer or dedicated suction line to cleaner hose while enabling immediate, tactile confirmation of secure engagement via audible click and lever stop. Designed for rapid field replacement during scheduled maintenance or urgent performance recovery — restoring full system function without system drain or inlet modification.
