Silent-Switch XLR Audio Router

A purpose-built, passive XLR audio router offering 1 male XLR input and two isolated outputs: one female XLR and one female 6.35 mm (1/4") TRS. Dimensions: approx. 10 cm × 5 cm × 3 cm (±1–3 cm tolerance); weight ~185 g. Enclosure made from black anodised aluminium alloy for rigidity and EMI resilience. Gold-plated XLR connectors ensure consistent, low-noise connection integrity. Uses a high-quality SPDT toggle switch with non-common ground topology — enabling truly silent switching without signal interruption or artefacts. Zero-latency, fully analog path preserves transient response and tonal accuracy. Designed for real-world pro audio workflows: connect a single mic to both front-of-house and broadcast feed; route talkback from console to stage and control room; or alternate between recording and live monitoring. Works with dynamic mics natively; condenser mics function with external 48 V phantom power — though audible pop may occur on switch due to phantom power discharge. Compatible with all standard balanced audio sources and destinations.
