SiliconeSeal Adjustable Drain Core ABS

Engineered for UK-spec residential renovations, this drain core combines a corrosion-resistant ABS chassis with a high-durometer silicone sealing element. The telescopic extension pipe adjusts from 80 mm to 110 mm in 10 mm increments, accommodating variations in floor build-up height—especially useful when raising floor levels with acoustic underlays or heated floors. Unit weight: 180 g; base footprint: 95 mm Ø. Operates silently and reliably using passive hydraulic actuation—no batteries, no electronics, no service intervals. Certified for use with all major UK tile adhesives and grouts, including rapid-set and epoxy formulations.
