Single-Axis Stepper Driver LCD

A compact, self-contained single-axis stepper motor controller built for industrial automation. Powered by DC 5–30 V, it supports common cathode stepper motors and houses an integrated LCD display for intuitive local monitoring and configuration. Its dual-operation architecture enables immediate use in manual mode or fully automated execution via pre-saved motion segments (1–128), each configurable with forward/reverse pulse counts (1–9999), delay times (0.0–999.9 s), and cycle repeats (1–9999). Speed is adjustable from 0.1 to 999 RPM with smooth acceleration/deceleration. All parameters persist through power loss. Communication is supported via TTL serial interface using a streamlined command set, making it compatible with PLCs, microcontrollers, and HMI systems. Housed in durable plastic, it operates continuously within –5°C to 60°C ambient temperatures and includes input reverse polarity protection for field-deployed resilience.
