Steps to add HomeKit child device (HomeKit Accessories): 1. Sub-device addition: - Press and hold the reset button of the sub-device to put it into standby mode (indicator light turns on). - Press the gateway reset button briefly to put the gateway into sub-device adding mode (steady blue, flashing purple). - Devices will be automatically added to the gateway. After successful addition, the sub-device icon will appear in the app (by default, sub-devices are placed in the same room as the gateway). 2. Sub-device settings: - Press and hold the sub-device icon in the app to access settings. 3. Removing a child device: - Since there is no direct option to remove a sub-device from the HomeKit gateway in the Apple Home app, the device must be removed via the TUYA app. The Apple Home app will then remove it automatically.
