Smooth-Touch Wooden Shuttle Set

Two identically sized wooden shuttles (30.4 x 2.5 x 0.4 cm / 11.95 x 0.98 x 0.16 inches), individually sanded to a silky-smooth surface using traditional finishing methods. The wood grain remains visible but fully sealed by compaction — delivering warmth, quietness, and consistent glide. Their lightweight build supports relaxed wrist posture, while the narrow profile ensures clean passage through even tightly sett warps. Designed for compatibility with UK-standard rigid heddle looms and portable tapestry frames, they accommodate both worsted-weight yarns and finer 10/2 cotton without binding or deflection. Ideal for classroom use, self-paced learning, or professional studio workflows where reliability and sensory feedback matter.
