Spring-Adjustable Stainless Door Holder

12.8 cm tall heavy-duty door stopper. Primary frame: 304 stainless steel. Contact surfaces: soft rubber top and base. Fully waterproof and rust-resistant — suitable for high-humidity areas like bathrooms, basements, and external doorways exposed to UK rain and condensation. Spring-loaded height adjustment offers instant adaptation: compress to ~8 cm for tight clearances (e.g., under doors with thick rugs), extend to full 12.8 cm for high thresholds or warped floors. Spring maintains constant contact pressure without loosening. Rubber base conforms to minor floor imperfections for maximum grip. Versatile positioning supports multiple access strategies — place in front to hold doors fully open for moving furniture, behind to allow ventilation without full swing, or angled to restrict opening to 45° or 90° — widely applied in care homes, classrooms, retail stores, and co-living spaces where adaptive access control is essential.
