Spring-Powered Twist-Lock Bar Collars

These barbell collars are built for speed and stability: a spring-loaded internal mechanism engages via simple twist action, securing tightly on either 25mm or 50mm barbell sleeves. Each unit uses an ABS plastic body with TPR grip zones to prevent slippage and absorb vibration. Dimensions per collar are 5.5cm (L) × 3.8cm (W) × 2.2cm (H); total package weight is approx. 120g for the pair. They install flush against the sleeve without protruding edges, preserving natural barbell geometry. Ideal for compound lifts requiring quick plate changes — such as powerlifting sessions, circuit-based strength work, or timed CrossFit benchmarks — they remain stable through jerky accelerations and eccentric drops. Their minimalist design avoids snagging on clothing or rig attachments during dynamic movements.
